I was delighted to catch up again with Kara Goodwin. This is the third time we’ve collaborated; once when I interviewed Kara on The Spirit Channel podcast, second when we held a joint interview and this third time on Kara’s podcast The Meditation Conversation #199

Kara is someone who I’m really comfortable with and have a great connection with, so it was very easy in the midst of cutting back on social media to reconnect with her again. I was also saving a very special experience I had just for this trilogy of spiritual conversations….
