In this interview I get to speak With Brad Carlson about his transformation from an unhealthy, unfit man at 38 years old with no clue what to do about it, into a marathon running, martial artist and ultimately health coach, Spiritual practitioner podcast host and author. Brad reveals the journey along the way, the missteps and realizations of differences between fitness and health, dietary extremes, mindset and mental health.
12 years later Brad is now coaching and helping, through his podcast and books, people to realize that health is of both the body, mind and spirit and that balance between all these aspects is needed for change and lasting transformation in life.
Brad had such good advice, and a realization that spiritual growth is as much a product of mind and body as it is of spirit. Although I had technical issues in this interview, Brad admirably filled in hosting duties in the short time I was offline.
Brad is the creator of the MindStrong mindset training and audio programs for developing the mindset you need to become a better version of yourself. His Podcast is Be Well, Be Safe, Be Happy, Eat Ice Cream. His books are Slow easy Run: Your first 5K, Mindstrong and Mindstrong Audiobook and his latest Be, Well, Be Safe, Be Happy, eat Ice-cream is coming soon.
