Kathleen is the author of the best selling book: Wisdom on The Camino. After the passing of her husband in 2018 whom she cared for for 17 years through his worsening Parkinson’s Disease, Kathleen decided to undertake a journey of of 500 miles across the Camino De Santiago in northern Spain, alone ( besides her angels) at the age of 70.
In this interview Kathleen discusses the motivations, preparation and ultimate two month trek across the Camino. Kathleen regals and delights discussing the people she met and conversations she had, and the opportunity she had to impart her spiritual wisdom to those who were looking for guidance on their own journey.
Although this interview was beset with technical difficulties, Kathleen never missed a beat and simply relayed stories of her experiences upon the Camino until the issues were resolved. In many ways the interview is better for it as as Kathleen’s stories are so engaging and she is such an inspiration.
