Mahee Island is linked by a series of islands in Strangford Lough area of Northern Ireland, some of which are private or have private roads. Mahee Monastic site was thought to have been set up by St Machaoi in 5th Century as a religious site. But for me, along with the surrounding area, I felt elementals and other sources of energy around the place and was inspired enough to give me a talk on healing in nature and special places.
